### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

* We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

* Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days from the date of shipment (depending on your location).

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions.

### 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

* You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

* The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

### 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

* We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services all over India.

* Please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive the package and make the payment to the courier partner.

### 5. Damages & Lost Packages

* realproduct.shop is responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. 

* If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with unboxing proof (photos/video) so we can process a replacement or refund.
