# Return and Refund Policy

### 1. Return Window
* Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.
### 2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
* The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
* The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and the invoice/receipt.
* Important for Damaged/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide clear photos or a short video of the unboxing as proof when contacting us.
### 3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
* Personal care and hygiene products (such as cosmetics, innerwear, etc.).
* Items purchased during a clearance sale or promotional offers (Sale Items).
### 4. Refunds Process
* Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide their bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund.
